L.J. McKay joined Quadrangle Group LLC in 2008 and is a Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Relations. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Mr. McKay was a Principal within Bank of America’s Global Corporate & Investment Bank, where he worked in the Financial Sponsors Group covering private equity firms. Prior to that, Mr. McKay worked in Bank of America’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. McKay worked as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2000 when Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette merged with Credit Suisse. Mr. McKay received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
