Amanda Siegel joined Quadrangle Group LLC in 2003 and is a Principal. Ms. Siegel currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Cequel Communications, Dice Holdings and Hargray Holdings. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Ms. Siegel was an Associate with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. She also worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. She received an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and graduated with a B.S., magna cum laude, in economics and a concentration in finance and accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
